Wed for Less, The Etsy Edition

I love Etsy! If you haven’t heard of Etsy then you are really missing out. It is a site dedicated to handmade goods. There is everything from Accessories to Woodworking. Painters, clothing designers, jewelry artists… I could go on and on but instead I will show you what I found and then you can go check it out yourself! Don’t limit yourself to searching for just wedding attire, look around. There are great wedding accessories, decorations, gifts for bridesmaids and groomsmen. Etsy is a wonderful wedding resource but consider yourself warned, you will find yourself spending hours searching through all the amazing products!

Wed for Less, The Limited Edition

In June one of my favorite stores, The Limited, launched a bridal collection. There are two bridal dresses and two bridesmaid dresses in the collection. For this post I selected one of the bridal dresses and one of their regular dresses for the bridesmaids. The bouquet in the wedding dress photo inspired the color scheme. Wed For Less

As many of you brides may know, weddings can be quite expensive. Wedding budgets can range from a couple of thousand dollars on up into the hundreds of thousands. We are launching this series to help those small budgets find Wedding attire at budget friendly prices. We hope you enjoy them!

Bridesmaid: Dress $70, This little number can REALLY be worn again. Think outside the box. Any dress can be a bridesmaid dress. Shoes $22.80
Groom: Suit $149.99, Chances are that your groomsmen will end up paying about $150 for a rental tux anyway, so why not pick out a suit that they can keep and use again? Any dressy black shoe will do, your groomsmen may already have a pair or get a little funky and do some Black Converse like these from Target $29.99.  Tie $15.99
